8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or reliability of the content, the availability of the Applications, or its suitability for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, computerplus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Applications.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ioannina, Greece.
